Saturdays Commando Fitness Camp was awesome!
The session was a tough one but the guys & gals worked hard throughout despite the cold and the hail towards the end!
Talk about dedication, I'm proud of them all for coming down in all weathers to burn fat, get fit and raise money for a good cause, the "Help For Hero's" charity.
